This house is located on a beautiful plot of land by the sea. It is envisioned as a tropical getaway and is zoned into three wings around a central courtyard- for socializing, and rest /relaxation.They are connected by a corridor which also shades the building.
The architecture strives to capture the essence of seaside living with large windows, indoor outdoor baths and shaded verandahs. The spaces to entertain and gather extend across both levels of this house capturing views of the setting from different viewpoints. -With the seafront entertainment space to cook and unwind, a poolside barbeque area and infinity deck and entertainment space.
The private gathering space is a more intimate kitchen and family space for more private gathering and acts as the transition between the entrance and the spaces for rest. Each bedroom has its own private outdoor bath and private courts with landscape.
