Perched above a seaside high-rise building, this home has commanding views of the coast. The apartment was designed for a young client who conceived it as a weekend. The social spaces were therefore emphasised and were anchored by a centrally placed open kitchen. The living, lounge and dining spaces merge seamlessly into each other , allowing for larger gatherings of friends and family. These spaces are tied by a strikingly patterned floor of black and white marble with lounge accented with a raised wooden floor. There are three separate bedrooms which lead away from this central social space for quieter moments. These spaces extend the similar modern loft theme with accents of leather, metal , wood and glass.
